Patient's who have a grievance should first speak with the Director of the Department that there is a grievance with; if the grievance is not handled saisfactorily, then a grevance may be filed with theAdministration Department. All patient grievances are reviewed by the CVIH Personnel Committtee, made up of CVIH Board members and action deemed appropriate taken.
