Our Services

Medical

CVIH offers primary medical, nutrition, pain management, podiatry, and optical. Walk-in hours available; appointments recommended.

Dental

CVIH offers primary dental services at two of our clinics, at our Clovis & Tachi locations. Prather Dental coming in 2021/2022

Behavioral Health

Our therapists are here to provide compassionate care for people who are experiencing a wide range of struggles in their life.

Outreach

CVIH offers transportation services, Community Health Representative & Public Health Nursing visits for eligible patients.
